Avocado Crema (Crema de Aguacate)

Smooth, pourable cousin of guacamole. Blended and thinned to dressing consistency.
Ingredients (~250 ml)

| Ripe avocado flesh (~1 large) | 150 g |
| Sour cream (or Mexican crema) | 60 g |
| Fresh lime juice (~1 lime) | 25 ml |
| Fresh cilantro leaves | 10 g |
| Garlic clove (small) | 3 g |
| Kosher salt | 3 g |
| Ground cumin | 1.5 g |
| Water or milk (to thin) | 15–30 ml |
Method
Blend avocado, sour cream, lime juice, cilantro, garlic, salt, and cumin until smooth. Thin to dressing consistency.
Notes
Press plastic wrap directly onto surface when storing to prevent browning. Best within 2 days.
Pairs with: Tacos, tostadas, roasted vegetables.
